Our trainers learned principles and philosophy of Participatory Training method.

Five days of “Training of Trainers” (TOT) programme was organized from 8th October 2017, at Indian Academy for Self Employed Women. Conducted by Ms Ashok Singh from Sahabhagi Shikshan Kendra organization and Ms. Shilpi Agarwal, Director of Sakar Participants were excited to understand the process of learner’s group behavior and role of facilitator.

We are much thankful to Mr Ashok and Ms Shilpi for sharing their valuable knowledge with our trainers.
